Refunds/returns Policy
We pride ourselves in stocking high quality items and trust you will be delighted with your purchase. Authorized returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. If you want to return your purchase for any reason at all please send an email to customercare@lylax.com or call us on 031 468 5476, within 7 days of receiving your order.

All returns are subject to Blue Rock Outlets Terms and Conditions, based purely in essence of the new Consumer Protection Act.

Items which have been custom-made, personalized or manufactured in ‘special’ sizes will only be returned, refunded or exchanged, under the conditions set forward by the Consumer Protection Act.
